Founding pricing is the introductory launch rate for early SiteOptima customers: Starter €9.99/month, Pro €29.99/month and Agency €79.99/month. These rates are intentionally lower during launch validation and are expected to change as the product matures.
The current product ceiling is 100 pages per audit. Starter includes up to 50 pages per audit; Pro and Agency include up to 100. SiteOptima does not advertise a higher allowance until the crawler capability changes.
Yes. Public accounts must verify their email before commercial activation. Verification links are single-use and expire after six hours.
No. Authentication and commercial access are separate. SiteOptima checks persisted organization, plan and access evidence before opening a paid workspace.
A payment return page by itself does not grant access. The product is designed to activate paid access only after trusted provider evidence has been verified and persisted.
Open Billing & plan inside SiteOptima and choose Manage in Stripe. The secure Stripe portal lets eligible workspace owners update payment details, review invoices and cancel an active subscription. Unless Stripe shows a different effective date, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Yes. Email verification can be re-requested, and password recovery uses short-lived single-use reset links. A successful password reset invalidates existing sessions.
No. SiteOptima provides technical evidence, prioritization, root-cause hypotheses and verification workflows. Search-engine behavior and business outcomes remain outside the product's control.
Pro is the current most-popular plan. It includes five projects, 40 audits per month, up to 100 pages per audit and five members, with the current advanced intelligence features enabled.
