1. Who operates SiteOptima
SiteOptima is operated by SynergiX OÜ, registration number 17546909, registered at Tööstuse tn 75-71, Põhja-Tallinna linnaosa, Tallinn 10416, Harju County, Estonia. SynergiX OÜ is the data controller for personal data processed through SiteOptima unless otherwise stated.

2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to SiteOptima websites, account flows, technical audit workspaces and related support communications. It does not govern third-party websites that may be linked from the service.
3. Information we process
Depending on how you use SiteOptima, we may process account information such as name, email address, authentication and verification state; organization and plan information; URLs and domains submitted for technical analysis; audit results and reports; billing status and provider references needed to validate access; support correspondence; and technical logs used to operate and secure the service.
4. Why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, verify email ownership, provide website audits and reports, maintain workspace access, process or validate subscriptions, send transactional messages, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, troubleshoot incidents and improve service reliability.
5. Website audit data
When you submit a website or URL for analysis, SiteOptima processes publicly accessible technical content and the resulting audit evidence. You should only submit websites that you own, manage, or are otherwise authorized to assess.
6. Service providers
SiteOptima uses specialist providers to operate parts of the service. Stripe is used for payment and subscription processing, and Resend is used for transactional email delivery. These providers process information under their own contractual and privacy obligations. SiteOptima does not expose payment-provider secrets or full payment credentials in the workspace.
7. Cookies and sessions
SiteOptima currently uses strictly necessary session technology to keep authenticated users signed in and protect account access. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies on the public website. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.
8. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and auditability, meet contractual obligations and comply with applicable legal requirements. SiteOptima applies access controls, secure session handling, verification gates and other technical safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, and to request a portable copy of eligible personal information. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, contractual or legal reasons.
10. International processing
Service providers and infrastructure may process information in more than one country. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal mechanisms are used for international data transfers.
11. Changes and contact
