1. Legal entity
SiteOptima is a product operated by SynergiX OÜ, registration number 17546909, registered at Tööstuse tn 75-71, Põhja-Tallinna linnaosa, Tallinn 10416, Harju County, Estonia. References to “SiteOptima”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these Terms refer to SynergiX OÜ as the contracting entity, unless stated otherwise.
2. Using SiteOptima
By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using SiteOptima, you agree to these Terms. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and use the service only for lawful purposes.
3. Authorized website analysis
You may submit websites, domains and URLs only where you have a legitimate right or authorization to perform technical analysis. You must not use SiteOptima to interfere with systems, bypass access controls, overload third-party services, or conduct unlawful or abusive activity.
4. Accounts and access
Workspace access may depend on account status, email verification, subscription state, organization membership and other server-side access controls. A checkout return page, URL parameter or client-side state does not by itself grant paid access.
5. Plans, subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed according to the price and interval shown at purchase. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can manage payment details, review invoices and cancel an active subscription through the secure Stripe portal available from the SiteOptima Billing page. Unless a different effective date is shown in the portal, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access continues until then. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. Founding or promotional prices may be limited to eligible customers or periods and may change for future purchases. Any applicable taxes and purchase-specific conditions presented during checkout form part of the purchase terms.
6. Technical results
SiteOptima provides technical website intelligence based on the evidence available during an audit. Scores, findings and recommendations are decision-support information, not guarantees of search ranking, traffic, revenue, security, legal compliance or business outcome. Website conditions and third-party systems can change after an audit completes.
7. Customer content and reports
You retain rights in information you submit to SiteOptima. You grant SiteOptima the limited rights necessary to process submitted URLs and related information to provide the service. SiteOptima retains rights in its software, analysis methods, interfaces, templates and underlying technology. Reports may be used by you for your own business purposes subject to these Terms.
8. Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, add or remove service features over time. We aim to operate SiteOptima reliably, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages, network failures and other events can affect availability.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, non-payment, legal compliance or material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any active subscription or billing commitments presented at purchase.
10. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SiteOptima is provided on an “as available” basis and does not make guarantees beyond those expressly stated. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, except where mandatory consumer, data-protection or other applicable law provides otherwise.
12. Changes and contact
